Where can I get a prescription?
To get a prescription, visit your local optometrist for a comprehensive eye exam. Be sure to ask for your PD (Pupillary Distance) measurement as well!
Please note: glasses prescriptions are different from contact lens prescriptions, so your contact prescription won’t work for glasses.

How will I know if the frames fit me?
Shopping for glasses online can be tricky, but don't worry—we’ve got you covered. Check out our helpful guide here on how to pick out the perfect frames that fit your style and face shape!
How long do you keep prescriptions on file?
For the most accurate prescription, we recommend visiting your optometrist every 2 years. We typically store customer prescriptions and order files for up to 5 years, though this is not guaranteed. If you need assistance with a previous order, contact us here and our team will be happy to help.
